New hotbar, with presets and a second row

The hotbar now shows the icon of each spell, including runes and ammunition, with the item’s own sprite.

• 6 presets: set up one hotbar for hunting, another for healing, another for traveling, and switch with one click.
• Second row: Shift+F1 to Shift+F12, with a button to toggle between the two.
• Target actions: attack the nearest, the weakest, the strongest, follow and the other 16 actions now work.
• Use /exporthotkeys and /importhotkeys to take your setup from one computer to another.
